Kanrix was built by a team of operations professionals who had collectively spent decades inside industrial companies — managing strategy reviews, building KPI frameworks, and integrating data from ERP systems into executive dashboards.
The frustration was universal. Despite investing in expensive ERP systems and hiring talented strategy teams, most organisations were still running their monthly performance reviews from a colour-coded spreadsheet that someone had emailed around the night before. KPIs lived in one system. Projects in another. Strategy in a PowerPoint. Nobody could see the full picture in real time.
We knew the frameworks — X-Matrix, Hoshin Kanri, Balanced Scorecard — were sound. The problem was the tooling. So we built what we wished had existed.
